It’s nice when your hard work gets noticed, isn’t it :). Last month a client of mine forwarded me the following email letting me know that a site I’d worked on for them (sunrisechurch.org) had been featured on Onextrapixle. I checked out the article and was very pleased to find the site listed as one of 88 Inspiration pieces in an article on Modern Church Web Design.

Showcasing Web Treats Without Hitch

Later that same day, I received another email from the same client letting me know the site had also been featured on Church Website Ideas earlier in the year. This time in a somewhat comical article on the Top 23 Websites for the 100 Fastest Growing Churches in America. I really got a kick out of the following line from their article…

Our thoughts were that the fastest growing churches in America would be doing some really innovative things online. We were wrong. Poor website design was very common as we went through the list. We did find 23 churches that had websites that are worth mentioning. After the jump you will find our picks for the top websites of the fastest growing churches in America.

I’m glad we made the “worth mentioning” list! Maybe I should contact some of the location that didn’t ;).
